Basic Concepts for Big Bottom-Line Impact

Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM and many other similar concepts aren’t anything new when it comes to business improvement methodologies, particularly for the manufacturing sector. Most of these concepts have been explored, modified and implemented by major multi-national companies to stay ahead of the competition and to reduce their year-on-year costs.

However, many still believe that these concepts either do not apply to them, or they already operate as a lean business or, they have a good understanding of their own processes.

Nonetheless, costs continue to increase, cash-flow continues to be a major concern and Delivery In Full and On Time (DIFOT) performance continues to be an issue. All these hinder you from growing your business to the next level.

Understand how basic productivity improvement concepts still apply to manufacture and the impact it can have to unleash hidden growth opportunities in your business.
